Students also have weekly Art, Music, Physical Education classes.
Activities: Religious formation and the school day starts with a school wide prayer and assembly led by the Student Council. Our school also participates in weekly Mass with the Parish on Tuesday mornings at 8:00 a.m. Each month classes take leadership of the school liturgy. The School and Parish hold a family Mass of each month at the 9:30 a.m. service. Families are encouraged to attend. Extra Curricular Activities: School Newspaper, Homework Club, Student Council, Tech Challenge Teams, First Lego League, Chess Club, Robotics Club, and other student originated and led clubs are available. Sports: For fifth through eighth grade students, Basketball, Volleyball, Track, Softball (Girls), and Flag Football (Boys) are available. Student Services: Extended Care is open for all students at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m. at a rate of $8 an hour. Prepaid options are available. Please see the principal for details. Parent Involvement: Parents are required to volunteer 20 hours per year for a two-parent family, 10 hours for a single parent. In addition, parents are expected to support the school with fundraising & community events.
