Affording a Drexel School
The Drexel School System is committed to ensuring that neighborhood families can fully participate in Catholic education. In order to make this vision possible, the Drexel Foundation cultivates an extensive donor network committed to supporting the Drexel System's committment to affordability.
Drexel Schools have designated Drexel Tuition Assistance to be affordable for families: The Drexel School System is committed to making a Catholic education possible for all families who are willing to join in educational parnership. Parents have access to Drexel Tuition Assistance to help "fund the gap" between what the family can afford and what resources might otherwise be available to assist with the tuition.
Drexel Schools are committed to diversity and outreach to local families: The Drexel School System is committed to engging and enrolling neighborhool families at every Drexel School to ensure each school reflects the demographic of the locat community.
Tuition Assistance is awarded based on financial need and available monies raised for scholarships from the previous year. There are four types of tuition assistance for families in the Drexel School System:
- Basic Fund
- Bishop's Scholarship
- School Scholarships
- Drexel Tuition Assistance Fund
